Am I buying directly from the Panthers?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly with the Carolina Panthers.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Carolina Panthers suite?

To rent a Carolina Panthers suite at Bank of America Stadium, click on the game you wish to attend via the BOOK A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your payment info or by contacting the Carolina Panthers Premium Sales Department at 704.358.7712 or [email protected]

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Carolina Panthers will be in touch to discuss details of your event. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Panthers will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Bank of America Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes, all suites listed on PanthersPremium.com are private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all suites and VIP entrances at Bank of America Stadium are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my game is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If your event is canceled, please discuss next steps with your representative.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a representative will be in contact via email or phone to provide catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

How much does catering typically cost?

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. If you have the option to purchase additional tickets, please contact your Panthers Sales Representative to complete the transaction.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 12 months and older will require a ticket for entry. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Bank of America Stadium)?

Bank of America Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy. Additional details can be found at: https://www.panthers.com/stadium/clear-bag. Please contact a Premium Services Representative with any questions pertaining to this policy.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will also provide access to select areas on the 300 and 400 levels.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Panthers premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

Luxury Suites have access to Private Suite entrances located at the North, South and East gates of Bank of America Stadium.

When does my suite open?

SSuites open 2 hours prior to kickoff for Carolina Panthers games and generally 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff for special events.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is appreciated.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?
